(I forgot a shout out to our friends in Mexico, "!Dia felix de las constitution!" "Happy Constitution Day!" and another shout out to our buddies in New Zealand, "Happy Waitaingi Day!" A few days late, sorry!
My art professor asked if anyone wanted to go to the gallery and work on a van Gogh!
So I "van goed" as fast as I could to the gallery! (I know that is a common pun but still a little bit funny?)
How great it was to sketch "Ravine" by my best art buddy, Vincent, while listening to Don McLean's "Vincent" on my i-phone!
Me, sketching Vincent's "Ravine!"

That song is so beautiful, and how wonderful to appreciate Van Gogh by listening to it, and sketching in front of his work. Must have been a lovely experience.
