"I Did Paint!" ("Dancer" Acrylic Canvas 14" x 14")

Because of the horrific tragedy in Connecticut I found it very difficult to paint!
Late that night I forced myself to paint something.  I found this "Dancer" I started a little more than a year ago and thought I would give her a "twirl!"  I am still very sad but I am glad I painted.  I hope somebody "out there" likes it!

  1. She is a celebration of life, elegance, joy - when we need it most. Thank you. I am glad you painted, too.

  5. Nice sense of movement in this!

Michael, having also been a teacher for 32 years, the tragedy in CT has really hit me hard. I just can't imagine what was going through the minds of the teachers or those precious little children. My heart breaks for their families.
