  4. Hi Michael,

    Happy Fourth of July!!!!
Great photos, and I LOVE your lighthouse painting. Nice to see it bedecked with the flag!
Re: your comment on your last post - I'm constantly Impressed at your Aussie lingo skills! Are you going to throw some snaggers (sausages) on the barbie today?
I hope you have a great day Michael. Have been thinking of all you Americans today.

    1. Hello My Art Mate!
I am so happy you liked my little lighthouse! I think the flag at the top added so much to the structure. Every Fourth they put the banner up! Nice touch!
Oops on my Aussie lingo skills. Misspelled barbie! (Almost misspelled "misspelled!")
Too hot for a cookout this year! I do love all kinds of sausages on the grill. Especially Portuguese and Italian sniggers! Thank you for thinking of us on July Fourth. Special day every year in the States! Very special Especially in Boston!
So happy that art has brought so many of us together by blogging! It is so very cool to have an art friend in Australia and so many other parts of this beautiful planet!
      Rock on my Aussie Cobber!

    1. Oh and I'll add this , I looked closer at your Long Beach photo and the small pointed building between the flag the the larger one on the left is the Breakers Building which I painted in watercolor and a recent post on my blog (from February of this year).
