(I have great difficulty knowing when to stop or even wanting to stop!)
DeKooning worked on a painting for two years, his gallery came and took it out of the studio, friends documented the progress over the two years, turns out he put things in, took them out, put them in, took it out - sounds like he should have been working on more than one painting w/different subject matter - oooooh, who am I to criticize DeKooning???? Goodness! Back to painting for me. But, I like the horizontal of this, good format to depict the subject.
